A Local Boxing Committee (LBC) is the official regional governing body of USA Boxing at the grassroots level.
USA Boxing is organized into Local Boxing Committees across the country, and each LBC is responsible for growing, organizing, and protecting Olympic-style amateur boxing within its assigned region. USA Boxing describes LBCs as “the backbone of grassroots boxing,” overseeing sanctioned events, registered clubs, athletes, and officials within their jurisdiction.

Utah LBC 34 exists to make sure every boxer in Utah has access to safe, organized, and meaningful opportunities inside the ring.
Utah LBC leadership is built around:
Service — putting athletes and clubs first
Integrity — upholding USA Boxing standards
Safety — protecting every participant
Growth — expanding opportunities statewide
Community — keeping Utah boxing connected

Utah has a proud boxing tradition and Utah LBC 34 helps carry that legacy forward. As Utah’s official USA Boxing committee, LBC 34 connects local athletes and clubs to the national amateur boxing system. That includes:
Athlete Development
Club Development
Community Leadership
Utah continues to produce talented fighters, dedicated coaches, and respected officials—and LBC 34 exists to strengthen that pipeline for the next generation.
